Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During new arrivals, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Arie Jane Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Arie Jane Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist you with filing a claim when possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
