At Arie Jane Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.

  • Be returned in their original packaging, when possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Jewelry and accessories

  • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits

  • Personalized or custom items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
